I want to sell my house, but what if my house is a mess?
Rest easy. We renovate all houses we buy, the current cosmetic condition makes no difference to us. In fact, we encourage sellers to leave anything they do not want to take with them in the house. We will remove it. All cash home buyers should take care of it as part of the renovation, and we do.
Why don’t you need to get a loan?

What if my estate property is still in probate?
We specialize in estate property, so we can easily work through it with you. We will make all contracts on estate property contingent on approval by the probate court, so you don’t have to worry about being held to the contract if the court does not release the property.
